If you or a fellow Liberian is in danger, detained, stranded, sick, victim of abuse, missing, or experiencing any life-threatening situation, please fill out this form immediately.
The Consular Section prioritizes all distress cases with confidentiality, dignity, and urgency.
A Liberian citizen is considered in distress when experiencing:
Medical emergencies (hospitalization, serious illness, injury)
Arrest, detention, or legal trouble
Harassment, abuse, or domestic violence
Victim of fraud, trafficking, or exploitation
Lost passport / stranded traveler
Missing person reports
Loss of contact with next of kin
Death of a Liberian citizen abroad
Emergency repatriation needs
Students experiencing critical challenges
Financial vulnerability due to crisis situations
